• A member of the Yanadi community or have a genuine interest in marrying within the community.

By using our service, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of its terms and conditions.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

• Account Creation: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information updated.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Authenticity: You affirm that the profile you create is of yourself and that all information provided is true to the best of your knowledge. Misrepresentation may lead to immediate account termination.

3. Code of Conduct

You agree to use our services in a responsible and respectful manner. You will not:

• Post or transmit any content that is abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal.
• Use the service for any commercial purposes, such as advertising or solicitation.
• Post any content that contains contact information (email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses) in fields not designated for it.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Engage in any activity that could harm the reputation or operation of Yanadi Matrimony.

4. Content Ownership

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.
